Southern California offers a wide range of possibilities, and Manzanita Landscapes does not approach each property with a fixed style. Some clients are drawn to modern, minimalist designs; others want lush planting or even a Japanese-inspired garden. Sketches and diagrams, supported by 3D models or renderings when helpful, provide a clear sense of how the landscape will function and feel, making it easier to refine the direction and move forward with confidence.

Once the concept is approved, Manzanita Landscapes creates the technical plans that turn the vision into reality. Every drawing, plant schedule, and construction detail is carefully coordinated with surveyors, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure a smooth process from permitting to installation.
